The following bits of Bat info could be something, could be nothing! First up, Batman On Film have been sent word that Kedleston Hall in the UK is being eyed for a shoot by Chris Nolan and co. But he says there is nothing definite. Looks like a brand spanking new Wayne Manor to me anyway..



Next, in an interview with The UK Independent, Marion Cotillard(long rumored to have joined TDKR cast) admits to a project for the Summer but won't give any more info. Like I said, could be anything, but her caginess certainly brings to mind the famous Nolan secrecy..



Towards the end of an hour in her company, during which she has skirted round the topic of what she is doing next ("I have a project for the summer. Different thing that I don't wanna talk about...")


Hardly confirmation of anything, but interesting nonetheless.

Come to think of it...my Nanna is going away for a few weeks this summer, maybe she's in TDKR!!!

@Ryknow, lol, It's not ANYONE refusing to talk about their next film it's someone who has already been strongly rumored to be a part of TDKR. It's not like I posted a quote from frakking Betty White keeping quiet about her next project and took it that she might be in the next Batman movie!

@ Ror - Relax pal, I'm making an observation. Key word, "rumored". If she's in it, that's all good and well. As it is, at the end of the day a rumor's a rumor. It's equally as likely that she's landed a Summer job in another high profile comic book film featuring a guy in a red cape.

Saying that, I've read she said she's only doing one film this year, and given the choice it would be the new Batman. However, if she's said that, then announced she's got a summer gig, that'd mean two things; either she's in Batman, in which case she's just blown apart any kind of secrecy surrounding her being in the film (which I'm sure Nolan wouldn't be too pleased with), or she's in another film entirely. It's open to debate.

haha, well I'll give you the Bane/Catwoman stuff. although I don't remember it:) But then there was also the whole Namor in Captain America thing, and the fact that you were so sure First Class would look shit! hehe

Remember too, it's a bit more than just your average net rumor on Cotillard. THR said that she was in final negotiations for a role. We just haven't heard anything official since. Now I know the trades are not infallible, but they are right more often that they are wrong.
