No parents in sight. The thugs chase the kid up some stairs, they stop the kid and steal an apple from him. Catwoman comes from behind, takes out the thugs and gets the apple back. After she saves him, she says something to the boy, takes a bite of the apple, tosses it back and the kid runs off.

We're across the street watching from the balcony of the Westin Hotel. We can see the action pretty well but definitely not that close. She's wearing something black and tight. Might be wearing a coat. I tried to take photos but they stopped me.

UPDATED! They're shooting a scene right now with Bruce and Selina. Selina is standing next to the thugs who are tied up on the floor. She turns her back and walks in the other direction and Bruce walks up and they talk for a few minutes. - shh's jonathanb

I really hope thats Ms Kyle's introduction, because reading that scene, its pure Catwoman. Bravo, Nolan. Little cheesy, but still.

By thugs, I dont think they mean like brutish Bane-like criminals, I bets its just some bullies, taking a ball, not an apple, off some kid.

Wow! First off, those car pics looks pretty bad-ass.

But an apple! What year is this movie set? I seriously thought it was some kind of apple computer until the part where she bites it.

And I hope she at least mentions to the kid that she used to be a hooker, and he probably shouldn't eat that.
