A HOWLING COMMANDO!!! Let me first say that this is a suspicion of mine. Percival "Pinky" Pinkerton was an English member of the original Howling Commandos. He was a British soldier who used an umbrella and a machine gun as weapons. He took over Junior Juniper's spot on the team after he was killed in issue #4. After fighting in the war Pinkerton became an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D and later died after a battle with cancer. As you can see the man I have circled bears an uncanny resemblence to the character. He the hat and mustache very similar.The Howling Commandos have already been confirmed to appear in the film and who knows maybe this is our first glimpse of them.

Looking through some tumblr blogs yesterday I found this post from a prop master who has said that she knows someone who is in captain america and seems to be a member of the howling commandos.
I wasn’t allowed to talk about this for a while, but now that it’s on his IMDB, I’m allowed: MY SISTER’S BOYFRIEND IS IN CAPTAIN AMERICA!!! That’s why he’s been in London since August. I mean, I’m used to seeing Kenny in a shit load of shows/movies (IMDB link says he play's Jim Morita a Japanese-American member of the HC), but this one is something that I’ve been anticipating for so long, even before Kenny was casted... It’s so weird to think that someone in my family is going to be in this movie. I can’t wait!! Here's the tumbler link:
