Alright, now that Spider-Man is set to appear in Captain America: Civil War and get his own solo film on July 28, 2017, I felt that I should just put out my suggestions for the cast. Now, for starters, I actually think that the film title should be either:

The film should start on the very last day of summer. I'm going to assume that Civil War is going to take place in the summer, so when we first get to see Spider-Man, we can get a scene like the the opening scene from the first episode of the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series. So, he's been Spider-Man for a few months, and it should take off from there. Maybe have some future villains cameo as just crooks he stops, like Flint Marko or Alex O'Hirn.
UPDATE: I changed my choice for Mary Jane. I personally think that Odeya Rush would be a better choice.
