THE SUN KNIGHT 2: ASHES FROM THE PAST
After 42 years, Franklyn and Angela are married and own a museum. They raise their grand kids Robert and Sabrina, whose parents were killed in a major city accident. Robert is 23 years ,don´t have a job and usually party 14/7 and lives in a rented apartment. Sabrina is 19 and is trying to be a cop and don´t like very much the life her brother I taking. During their childhood ,Frankly used to told histories about his adventures in the middle ages. Franklyn also has another grandchild called Kevin, son of a father who went away and a mother who died in birth. Kevin manages the museum and is very succeeded in life but still holds some kind of envy for Robert.
Kevin hires an archaeologist to search for some fossils in the region his grandfather was found. Her name is Jasmine. Once she comes back from the trip she delivers a statue of a dragon to Kevin and assumes that it belongs to the old kings. Robert meets Jasmine on the museum after she drop of the dragon, they hit it off and he asks her for a cup of coffee. Kevin analyzes the dragon part by part and remembers the history of how his grandfather was turned into rock. The dragon starts to talk to Kevin using some kind of mind power. Franklyn fells the presence of another amulet and then he calls Robert to a meeting while he is having a cup of coffee with Jasmine. Robert apologizes to Jasmine and go to the meeting with his grandfather, there Franklyn shows his old armor and the sun amulet. Robert don´t care much for this until his grandfather use the amulet to destroy one of the museum´s walls. Franklyn uses the amulet to make his winged horse rise, Robert totally hit it off with the horse. Robert puts the suit on and leaves the secret compartment of the museum after hours, Kevin is analyzing the dragon. Both the amulets start to shine incredibly and an explosion occurs. Kevin faints and the dragon come back to life, Robert starts a confrontation with the dragon, but it don´t go well and the dragon flies away. Sabrina and Jasmine watch the dragon fly away and see Robert using the Sun Knight armor and blasting sun energy blasts in the dragon´s direction. Robert takes the armor off and melts it with the amulet, he asks his grandfather to take this away from him. In that same night Kevin tries to kill his grandfather, but is stopped by Sabrina. Kevin is reveled to be possessed by Effygin because after the explosion they´ve switched bodies. Kevin runs away by causing an explosion on Franklyn´s kitchen, Sabrina saves her grandparents. Robert spends the night in a bar where he talks to Jasmine, who convinces him to go back and use the amulet.
Effygin makes himself a suit of metal, it resemble the Sun Knight armor but is bore versatile and black. He uses his amulet to invade a laboratory and steal some components. Robert is practicing with his grandfather every day, Jasmine is managing the museum. Kevin, inside Effygin´s body, is flying in the sky over the sea and sees a shining orange light. He is sucked by a orange vortex and disappears inside the sea. Effygin destroys a whole building in the city, Robert don´t have time to change so he gets on the flying horse and flies to Effygin´s location. Effygin uses his amulet in some of his lab equipment and the equipment starts to generate a purple kind of energy that turns the skies darker. Robert battles Effygin and becomes very injured, when Effygin is about to kill Robert, Sabrina shoots his arm. Robert takes down Effygin and destroys the device, but the sky don´t come back to its natural color. Effygin reveals that he used the device to change the structure in the atmosphere to make dragons able to live in Earth and then he runs away. Robert flies higher as he can and uses his amulet to repair the damage Effygin made by burning the energy from Effygin´s amulet with the heat of Sun. Franklyn gives Robert the new suit, that is much more modern and versatile. Robert and Jasmine start a relationship, Sabrina is now working on a special unit. Effygin finds a dragon´s nest and is very happy about it. Kevin is in a very dark space, he holds an amulet with an orange light but there´s nothing but darkness around him. Robert buys an apartment close from his grandfather and Jasmine starts to manage the museum. In the end Robert is visited by Sabrina´s boss, he asks him to help on a special situation. Robert denies and then the man tells him that there´s a law that allows him to arrest Robert to act as a vigilant. This man tells Robert that he is an old friend of his grandfather and that his name is Henry Terence.
DIRECTOR
JON FAVREAU : He managed to make an awesome movie about a guy that nobody would think as a hero and I think he would be great for this as well. Also think that he will rule in CvsA so I am voting for him.
ROBERT SKYLEND : The new Sun Knight. He isn´t what anybody would call a hero but he manages to became someone worth being called The Sun Knight.
CHACE CRAWFORD
FRANKLYN FORESTGROVE/FRANKLYN SUFFRYS : He is the old knight from middle ages who pessesses an amulet that allows him to control Sun blasts.He passes the mantle to his grandson Robert Skylend. Hopkins played the character´s Father in a cameo during the first movie but I think he would fit perfectly for this role.
ANTHONY HOPKINS
ANGELA FORESTGROVE : Franklyn´s wife and the grandmother of Robert, Sabrina and Kevin. She is a very loving grandmother and wife. She still an adventurer and incentives her grandchild's to be as well.
LILIA CABRAL
SABRINA SKYLEND : She is the gran daughter of Franklyn and Angela and sister of Robert. She really likes adrenaline and this is way she is studying to be a cop.
SKYLER SAMUEL
KEVIN STANFLAM : The second grandson of Franklyn and Angela. He manages the museum and is a very conflicted man. During the whole movie he is haunted by his young self.
