You'll find as I got more & more into writing these outlines, they kinda turned into actual scripts...especially the last 2 movie outlines haha...so without further ado, here's:

Batman: City of Chaos

After the events of the previous film, Bruce & Barbara have kept the streets of Gotham clean. The main concern is Jason, who has become increasingly violent and more resilient to listening to Bruce’s orders. Dick has returned to Gotham and Bruce is trying to deduce where the Joker is & what his plan threatening the Dark Knight & his allies is. In this film, the villains are the Poison Ivy & Scarecrow. With Jason currently ‘grounded’, Bruce, Barbara & Dick’s attention is turned to first Jonathon Crane/Scarecrow and then Pamela Isley/Poison Ivy. After their apprehension and committing into Arkham, it is shown that Jason has grown tired of Bruce leaving him behind and sneaks out of the mansion with his costume to continue crime fighting on his own.
After foiling a robbery, Todd hears a false call on his interceptor radio of a hostage situation and hurries off to help. Curious as to why the police have yet to arrive, Jason cautiously approaches the building and observes what seems to be several people tied up in the center of a room.

He busts through the window and prepares himself for a fight, yet no one is there. He rushes to the hostages and asks them if they’re alright but they don’t respond. As he looks to their faces, he finds in horror that they are all dead with the same frightening smiles frozen on their faces. In the lap of one victim, Jason finds a playing card and flips it over to reveal it’s a Joker card with the phrase ‘GOTCHA!’ written in red ink. By the time Jason realizes this is a trap, he turns around to find a crowbar connecting with his left temple- knocking him out cold. The attacker is none other than the Joker, laughing uncontrollably over the unconscious Robin. Meanwhile at Wayne Manor, Batman and his partners are exhausted from the battles they faced. Bruce goes to Jason’s room to talk when he discovers he’s gone and immediately suits back up to search for him. Barbara and Dick help Bruce search for Jason throughout the city while Alfred scours the streets in the car.

Jason awakes in a warehouse with his hands bound behind his back and looks up to see the Joker staring at him with an evil smile from ear to ear. The Joker tells Todd everything he has done; how he made Two-Face, pitted the underworld against one another, killed the Penguin and has waited for the perfect moment to make Gotham finally his own. It is here we finally learn the Joker’s origin and his first encounter with Batman when he was the Red Hood and his rebirth. The Joker informed Todd that not only will Gotham fall, but so will Batman, Nightwing, Batgirl, Commissioner Gordon & ’ every other goodie two-shoe who ever allied with the caped crusader…starting with you’ The Joker beats Robin with a crow-bar to near death and then walks to a far corner and reveals a cartoonish looking bomb- with 1 minute left and counting. Before he exits, he bids Robin farewell and tells him its unfortunate all the fun he will miss as he laughs his way out of the warehouse. As Batman is frantically scouring the rooftops, he hears and then sees a major explosion followed by fireworks.

Remembering this was the same time of calling card the Joker left Nightwing in Bludhaven, Bruce rushes towards the inferno followed closely behind by Dick & Barbara. When they arrive, Bruce finds in horror a Joker card attached to Todd’s Robin logo in the dirt outside of the building. With no concern for his own well being, Bruce rushes into the remnants of the warehouse screaming for Jason. He finds him badly beaten and tied up with the crowbar lying next to his limp body. Bruce carefully scoops him up in his arms and rushes him out of the warehouse. Safely outside, Bruce tries to wake Jason- to his absolute horror, Todd was dead. The movie ends with Jason’s funeral and a devastated and enraged Bruce telling Alfred he failed Jason & he failed in his promise to himself and his parents. He turns to his beloved butler and promises him that when he finds the Joker, he will kill him.

After the credits we see Jason’s gravestone and several shadowy figures approaching it. Two of them begin digging up Todd’s coffin and ultimately open it. We see the back of a woman gently touching his cheek and then placing her palm upon his head. ‘Well daughter?’ asks the man in charge of this group. ‘There is still time, but we must hurry father.’ The woman turns around and is revealed to be Talia Al Ghul & the man is none other than Ra’s Al Ghul ‘Excellent, then hurry we shall. Get him in the transport and back to the Lazarus Pit. Jason Todd WILL live.’ Fade to black.

There ya have it!! Be sure to come back for Part 4 tomorrow!

Til next time!
