S P I D E R – M A N 4
The Amazing Spider-Man will be release next July and I’m sure it’s going to be outstanding. Had the Sam Raimi franchise not ended, this is the continuation of the Spider-Man 3. Spider-Man 4 would begin with a scene in a South American jungle where an expedition has uncovered an ancient tablet. The tablet is put in a crate marked NEW YORK and placed on a plane. It lands in New York where a limo waits. A man inside rolls down the window and ask “Did you find it?” The other man responds “Yes Mr. Toomes”
Next scene is at a bank or a high end jewelry store. As customers go about their business, a suspicious looking man wearing a trench coat and hat enters. He subsequently removes said trench coat and hat revealing him self to be none other than the sonic blasting foe Shocker. He starts blasting away and demanding cash and/or jewels. Spidey arrives for a cool action scene and subdues Shocker in a clever manner. Peter suddenly remembers he’s late for his interview with Dr. Conner for the Bugle.
Dr. Conner’s (The Lizard) would still be the lead villain. While in Conner’s lab, you would get a glimpse of a beaker containing the piece of the symbiote that Peter gave him in 3. Later in the film, Conner’s gives himself an experimental serum that turns him into The Lizard. During his transformation, the beaker containing the piece of the symbiote would get broken and it would escape.
Adrian Toomes (The Vulture) is the curator of the Museum of Natural History. He’s obsessed with finding a way to reverse the aging process to achieve immortality. His feeble body is failing rapidly and he believes the tablet is the key. By taping into its power, he channels it into a specialized suit and becomes young again. He plans to use his power to eliminate his corporate competitors. The Vulture decides that there is only one person who could stop him, Spiderman. Spiderman battles the Lizard several times and is able to get Dr. Conners to control himself in lizard form.
The ending would involve Vulture fighting Spiderman and then Conners would sacrifice himself to save Peter. Peter breaks the tablet, taking away Vulture’s power. Now as for the earlier mentioned symbiote, it shows up and hitches a ride with Toomes on his way to prison. As he is taken to a cell, the symbiote leaves him and enters another cell. After some muffled noises, a guard walks by and leaves a tray, and says, “Chow time, Kassidy!”
In an after credits scene, a guard returns for the tray and enters Kassidy’s cell when he doesn’t answer him. Kassidy sits in the corner facing the wall. When the guard looks down at him, he utters, “Oh my God!” Then you see the outside of the cell and hear a scream followed by a sadistic laugh. This would lead to Carnage as the villain in Spiderman 5.
FOOTNOTE:I didn't say it, but Peter would propose to MJ before Kassidy's scene.
