Man of Steel 2 - Part One - Fan Script

Hi, This is part one of my Man of Steel 2 script. Basically I am trying to improve my screenplay writing, so would love feedback, constructive feedback, hope you enjoy...please forgive any little errors, some parts were written while in work etc, and will tidy up once I start part 2.

Man of Steel 2 Fan Fic Part One


Little bit of background. My movie is set three years after the events of Man Of Steel. This is not my take on BvS, in fact other DC Heroes are hinted at, but at this stage this is still a Superman solo movie.

I am using Metallo as my villain, there will be some tweaks to his creation. Also as the story goes on it will reveal who is actually behind everything, and it ain't Lex...even though he will think he is.

Anyways, as mentioned, I am still new to screenplay writing, so don't think quite hit the right marks just yet. However, I appreciate any feedback.

Hope you all enjoy. There are some parts that I will need to rework, but as mentioned when I write part two I will tweak the first part as well.

This is awesome!!! Aside fro a few grammatical errors it's great. The only thing that caught my eye was some of the scene headings. When you write scene headings you'd never put "EXT. BOB'S HOUSE - MOMENTS LATER" or "INT. MIA'S ROOM - 2 HOURS LATER". You just simply stick to day and night. Other than that this has a lot of potential and i'm interested to see your portrayals of the 3 new big characters in the film.

@Gliderman I use Celtx. I think you can get it for free.

@Redhood Many scripts I have read will use 'continuous' or 'moments later' instead or Day or Night. The books I have read say it comes down to personal preference on controlling the pace of a scene, but not to over do it.

@everyone Thank you for taking the time to read. I will a edit when I write part two to tidy up some niggles, and hopefully make certain plot points stand out more.
