Modern Warfare takes place in modern times, in the year 2011 (unlike its predecessor, Call of Duty 2, which took place in WWII in the 1940's), where a radical leader has executed the president of an unnamed country in the Middle East, and an "Ultranationalist" movement starts a civil war in Russia. The conflicts are seen from the perspectives of a U.S. Reconnaissance Marine and a British SAS commando, and are set in multiple locations, including the Middle East, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Prypiat, Ukraine.
Modern Warfare 2 continues the story as old and new characters have to face a larger threat developing in the form of Vladimir Makarov, a former protégé of Imran Zakhaev.
First off, I want to say that this movie should not be filmed in first person. There should be a few scenes that are in first person, but the entire movie shouldn't be. You see, that way you would be able to see everything thats going on and not just what Soap or Roach sees. Anywho, lets get started.

In the sequel, we learn that Price survived the bridge battle, but was eventually sent to a Russian Gulag because of Makarov. Believing that ending the war in America is the priority, Price temporarily goes rouge and leads 141 to raid a Russian port and gain control of a nuclear submarine. Price uses the submarine to launch a submarine-launched ballistic missile towards Washington D.C. He sets the warhead to detonate in the upper atmosphere, which destroys the International Space Station and creates an electromagnetic pulse due to Earth's magnetic field that cripples vehicles and electronic equipment on both sides, giving the Americans a slight advantage. He is eventually declared an enemy of the state due to Shepard's betrayal.
