This is just a few of the characters Iv put together who I would love to see play each part. I havent seen anyone else post anything regarding a casting for this, if they have please dont think im stealing your casting.
Lets start with our hero shall we!
Solid Snake - Hugh Jackman
A few people will probs hate me for casting him as Solid Snake, but he is the closest looking and physically capable guy I could think of..My other choices would have been Christian Bale and Viggo Mortensen...but hes too old :D
Liquid Snake - Toby Stephens
I do have a few people that I would like to play Liquid for visually reasons e.g Matt Goss, Daniel Craig (but I think hes a weak actor) and Christian Bale (have you seen American Pscho?sheesh if he brough that to Liquid he would be brilliant, BUT I still think he would be better as Solid)
Anyway personally I think Toby Stephens would steal the show he is English and I really liked him in Die Another Day.
Revolver Ocelot - Sam Elliott
Because he IS Revolver Ocelot!!!!
Vulcan Raven - Nathan Jones
He actually looks just like Vulcan and he is insanely big too!!! I would have cast Batista from WWE aswell!!
Roy Campbell - Liam Neeson
Has to go to Mr Neeson, This wouldnt exactly be a big part as it was always thru the little comm he would only speak to you, Liam Neeson's voice would be perfect for it.
Sniper Wolf - Mila Jojovich
She is just perfect for the part they do look similar and not just from this photo, I would even have Cate Blanchett as I think she could bring something different to the part.
Psychomantis - Paul Bettany
I really liked his character in the da'vinci code and thought he would be good as psycho!
Dr Hal Emmerich - Zachary Quinto
This was a tough one as i would have prefered Michael Shanks but he looks too old now :-/
Meryl - Jena Malone
I think she looks just like her, she was awesome as Rocket in Suckerpunch and shes proper hot!! this was a toss up between her and Olivia Wilde...who is probably hotter but Jena Malone looks more like Meryl.
Well there it is, my casting for a Metal Gear Solid movie. I have only included the more recognised characters, I know I have missed a few out but these are the more iconic in my opinion. Let me know what you guys think - I know a few of you will be picky over my casting of Solid...maybe I should have chosen Christian Bale...oh well :D
