Here's the scenario:
Bruce Banner still searching for a cure while on the run from his old friend General Ross. While on the run he has found his way to a series of untraceable internet connections to converse with leads on a cure, he comes into contact with a user by the name of LLCruelJoke who tells him of a rare cure located in an old abandon factory in between Gotham and Metropolis so Bruce makes the jorney to meet his secret friend only to be met by Lex Luther. Bruce is completely oblivious to Luthers history of trying to take out Superman numerous times so he trustingly follows Lex to a containment cell to see "What the monstrosity looks like" so he steps into the room and the door is locked behind him "For safety purposes" and Bruce is then poked and prodded by electromagnetic rods to infuriate him but while he is being instigated a person steps out of the shadow and is revealed to be The Joke! Hence the name LLCruelJoke. So while this is all going on there is a chemical with traces of kryptonite in it to make hulks emerald green skin, along with his brute strength, another insurmountable odd for the boy in blue and the caped crusader. After all the testing and prodding has got the hulk at max rage he is dumped in the city to raise all kinds of unholy hell an in flies Superman and Batman.....
