KEVIN JAMES as PETER GRIFFIN
Although I think Kevin didn't has the character humor, I think Kevin James could provide an great interpretation of the character. It's not the actors that are bad in comedy films these days, the screenplays are bad.
DEBRA MESSING as LOIS GRIFFIN
Debra is an good actress that I like to see acting in some films. She would rule as Lois.
CLARK DUKE as CHRIS GRIFFIN
The guy may not look like Chris, or is fat like him, but he can portray the same humor of Chris, and for the most part that I see him, he is an good comedian actor.
MAE WHITMAN as MEG GRIFFIN
In the show, Meg is supposed to be awkward and annoying, I think that her character in Scott Pilgrim represent essentially this.
PETER KAY as STEWIE GRIFFIN
When you talk about an funny British actor, Peter Kay should be in. He is an fantastic comedian, and has the funnier humor someone can see. His charisma and amazing talk make me cast him as Stewie (sadly replacing Seth MacFarlane).
SETH MACFARLANE as BRIAN
When I choose to cast Brian and Stewie, I was deciding to cast the two as Seth, but Kay came in my mind for Stewie. But I think that Seth's voice as Brian is so much funny and 'whatever'. And as Seth does the voice of an Teddy Bear in live action, why not make an voice of an real dog?
CHARLIE SHEEN as GLENN QUAGMIRE
Why not? Sheen is great, and has an very rare type of humor. Just imagine how hilarious it would be...
PATRICK WARBURTON as JOE SWANSON
Like in my Simpsons fan cast for Moe, I let the original voice actor for the part. I can't see no one else playing Joe.
CRAIG ROBINSON as CLEVELAND BROWN
May not be the most original choice, but Craig Robinson makes an old-fashioned Cleveland Brown (before he became another character in the Cleveland Show)...
ALICE BRAGA as BONNIE SWANSON
Alice Braga is an very talented actress that can play nearly every role. When I decided to make this fan cast I immediately picked her for Bonnie (don't known why). The only problem is her age, but after finding this photo, she really looks like Bonnie (for me, at least).
PATRICK STEWART as the voice of SUSIE SWANSON
Oh my god, that fantastic voice... Well, since Stewart has voiced Susie's feelings, why not let him voice her feelings again.
WILL FERRELL as MORT GOLDMAN
Well, I think Will Ferrell is an talented comedic actor. And although many disagree with me, I think that his portrayal in Land of The Lost was very good (like Danny McBride), and there, he remembered me of an real version of Mort Goldman.
DAX FLAME as NEIL GOLDMAN
Tatum's and Hill's acting in 21 Jump Street was awesome, but I would also like to give attention to Dax Flame, who portrayed one of the nerds. He was hilarious in that film, and I think he is essentially Neil Goldman.
ADAM WEST as MAYOR ADAM WEST
Well, Adam West is great as the Mayor. And also like Joe I would like to keep the original voice actor, thus, Adam West looks visually like Mayor West.
ELI WALLACH as HERBERT
Originally I just cast Eli because of his appearance and later would replace him. But I search some of his films and I have to say: they're good! So, I let an good actor take the role of the old pervert.
