Shaun of the Dead Coming to TV

I'm wondering if it will be a full American-ization, a continuation of the story, or stretching the movie out to cover a season.

Ugh, I cant see this working! Sounds like NBC have run out of original movie ideas and just feel like butchering a classic movie like this instead!

The Big Lebowski would be great in animation....The Dream's would be great but you might have to roast some moon cabbage in order to see them correctly;)

Well if the creators are involved...then maybe. But if I had to choose I would say "leave it alone", Shaun of the Dead and many of those other titles are absolutely awesome and should stay the way they are. The majority of the time americans just dont get british humour and end up wrecking it, so unless NBC plans on getting a better sense of humour they should leave these titles alone.

Anyways, SMOKIN' ACES would make a good series i suppose, though still ain't seen the sequel yet.

Yeah i really can't see this series taking off. It's a brilliant film... period.

Simon Pegg just debunked this. He said that there are no plans whatsoever to bring Shaun of the Dead to television.

is it just me or am i the only one on this site that hates simon pegg,i'm not even sure what it is about the guy i just see him & f****** go mad.
i liked the new star trek film,i just had to grit my teeth & bare it when simon pegg showed up.

Zombieland > Shaun of the Dead.

i would rather see Hot Fuzz as a series than Shaun of the Dead
