Even more news from Toy Fair this year. Today it was announced that new Mr. Potato Head figures featuring Superman, Wonder Woman, and the previously announced Batman are making their way to toy shelves soon. Warner Bros. Consumer Products and PPW Toys under a licensing agreement with Hasbro have teamed up to bring DC's big three together as Mr. and Mrs. Potato heads. The first one coming out is the previously announced Batspud timed to release along with The Dark Knight Rises. Superman, in his old suit but sporting the trademark curl, and Wonder Woman who will sport her old costume as well and the lasso of truth, will be available this holiday season. While no names were dropped, it was announced that more heroes and some villains from the DC Universe are being planned for release next year. These announcements come on the heels of the 60th anniversary of Mr. Potato Head. While no prototype of the Wonder Woman potato head was on display, an artist rendering gives us a good place holder for what the final product will look like.
