Actually @Nomis, Batman inherited money.. lots of money (same with Iron Man, but less to the fact Iron Man built most of his wealth from own creations) + Alfred.

Try Moon Knight, his dad is a poor rabbi. Money from his bloody deeds.

Still Batman is one of the greatest comic chars, if not the greatest now.
