After seeing the great clips on Shadow Hare I thought I would share this clip about my home-town (Salt Lake City, Utah) Super-Heroes.


Pretty cool stuff, I just wonder how long they will survive.

Seems to be an uprising of these kinds of guys over the recent years. I wanna do this so bad! Takes lot of courage though anyone from Asbury park NJ on this thing? We can team up.

Where are you from? b/c as much as I think the world really does need a hero, I think that if someone did step up to the plate, they really should be well qualified and know what theyre getting themselves into. Im not trying to insult you but I think you should seriously consider all of the bad things first. And no offense but i doubt you, or almost anyone in the world is properly qualified to patrol the streets.
Trust me, Im from philly. And I've fought scum bags to help other people. But thats different than making yourself a symbol that people recognize.

but back to the real reason I looked at this.... these guys seem alil more legit than "shadow hair" (haha, the thought of someone calling himself that makes me giggle.) But, seriously, theyre just going to end up giving some old lady a heart attack after her purse is stolen. This just reminds me of The Dark Knight when the average joes put on the hocky gear to fight people. Theyre going to get themselves into something too deep for any of them. If i did this i would remember the one line that i really LOVED from "gotham knight": "Im willing to put my life on the line to do what I have to... But it has to be mine, no one else's" If anyone did it legit they would have to be a loner. A real hero doesnt let anyone get hurt, and doesnt put friends in danger.

Anyway I like REAL vigilantes like Bernie Goetz. I have a lot of the skills needed to do a Punisher like thing, but I won't because I have my wife to think of. But I sure would like to.

I like these guys to but their allot more intemidating then the other ones which is both good and bad I guess. Anyway hats off to these guys for putting there neck and their dignity to do what's right!

i saw Shadowhare on fox news. he says," ya i stop gang memebers, drug dealers and reapists", seriously he or someone else is going to get shot or stabed.

there are bio's and stats of multiple "masked heros" including Shadowhare. this site has a ton of crap on it. THESE PEOPLE ARE EVERYWHERE! even on myspace, I found this one lady named FireFox and every friend of hers has a mask. funny stuff / crazy stuff.
a symbol for people? didn't bruce wayne say that to alfred? these people should just be a cop, fireman or paramedic. atleast they have training and get paid to "make a difference". If someone realy does do this atleast have some kind of miliatry training like: army rangers, green breas, seals, delta, swat something! then you have some kind of training in fighting, conflict settings maybe even some feild medical knowledge, how about knowing what kind of armor to wear. look at frank castle no powers just miliatry training including weapons training, hand to hand combat, medical knowledge and tacts. not just a "handy mandy" off the streets wearing some hollween spandex costume with eye holes cut into a mask. hey when i was a little guy i realy wanted to be batman when i grew up but you now what stopped me? SANITY! there are profession out there that get paid, have insurance, death benifits, body armor to do this. quit your day job and sign up the smart way.
YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IF ANY REAL THREAT COMES UP CAUSE IF YOU DO IT LONG ENOUGH YOU'LL FIND YOUSELF SCREWD IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A WORLD OF PROBLEMS. but at least they have the balls to do it right? anyways props.

Honestly, these guys seem pretty cool. It doesn't matter if they'te all wearing TuTus, getting of your butt and patrolling your neigborhood is a good thing... to a point... Looking for crime, gathering evidence and calling the cops, helping people in need, that's awesome! Shadow Hare and his citezen's arrest is gonna get himself and his friends hurt or killed. They are delussional. Look at it like this, cops get to carry pepper spray, knight sticks AND GUNS, have combat training, cop cars and can radio for back-up that will be there with more guns in a matter of minutes... with more guns! AND they still do not go out without body armor and the Alliegence of whatever is wearing what...? Black Monday monday seems legit Kudos to them, but Shadow Hare and his gang just seem like they're just playing "super-hero" and gonna get them selves really hurt or worse when they try to "arrest" the wrong person.

So, in short, anyone thinking of doing this(i've honestly thought about it before), just remember this whe patrolling... Neigborhood watch/ Guardian Angels, good... Vigilante, not so much...

Hmmm, you know, I could probably get away with doing something like this, seriously. I am 6'7.5" I way 235 lbs I powerlift, and I've been to prison. Screw writing, i'm gonna be a supervillain.

Hawk i am with you, lets do it. I'm not the biggest guy but I am 5' 9", 150lbs, do more push ups and chin ups than any sane man and I box. we could smoke them like a cheap cigarettes and rule the world. lol

oh and i love the part where the dude is like, on my last patrol (hahaha patrol, like a rent a cop) i dealt with a drunk lady and we walked her around for a few hours. like what the hell good for u, u walked a lady around. u dont need a freakin mask to do that. she prob almost died when she saw u walking up to her. what is worse, seeing a normal dude walking up to help or some guy in a [frick]in creepy ass mask coming up to u?

and yes im preparing. Im 6'2, 215 lbs. I weightlift, I have a nice set of knives, I know how to do the heimlich and am working on cpr. Personally I would like to become a masked brian bates.
