That's as close to the Punisher as a movie will ever make it so if you are a fan of the books and didn't like the movie you are SOL. For making this film with half the budget, no A listers, and zero buzz, I'd say it came out pretty good. A Punisher movie is never going to look like the Dark Knight or Spiderman. The Punisher shoots guys in the face. End of story. You can't go to it looking for oscar buzz, mind bending CGI, or a complex plot. You go to it because you want to see a lot of people who deserve to get killed, get killed by a guy who kills people that deserve to be killed.
