We'll get our first official look at some footage from Terminator: Dark Fate in just under 24 hours, but Paramount Pictures has now debuted a teaser poster for the Tim Miller-directed sequel to keep us going until then.

The striking image features a shotgun-wielding Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) looking more than ready to blast some killer machines into scrap metal.

Anticipation for this one wasn't particularly high after the godawful Terminator: Genisys, but the reactions to the 10 minutes of footage that screened at CinemaCon in April were far more positive than anyone was expecting, which has led to quite a few naysayers giving the film the benefit of the doubt.

We'll just have to wait and see how the first trailer is received. In the meantime, you can check out some recent stills featuring the main characters below.

"Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (T-800) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison. Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator: Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta."

Diego Boneta As Dani's Brother

Why is it so hard for them to make good Terminator movies? Just trace the steps from the first two damn. T3 sucked ass, Salvation sucked but I liked the “texture” of the film, and Genysis blew. This better be good. Tomorrow’s trailer will determine if I see it in theaters.

So is this film ignoring the other films and jumping straight in after the original sequel?

If Wonder Woman was a step backwards for female protagonists, then what should we expect from a writer who says She-Hulk was only created for Hulk to [frick]?
