TERMINATOR Takes WONDER WOMAN 1984's Old Release Spot; Will Now Go Up Against CHARLIE'S ANGELS
Deadpool director Tim Miller's upcoming Terminator movie has moved its release date up a few weeks from November 15 to November 1, 2019. This puts it in direct competition with the Charlie's Angels reboot.
It seems Warner Bros.' decision to push Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman 1984 back to 20202 has resulted in some more release date shuffles around Hollywood.
Earlier today we heard that the Charlie's Angels reboot had moved into the DC sequel's old release spot of November 1, 2019, and now Deadline reports that Tim Miller's Terminator revival will be joining it.
Like the new Halloween, this installment in the iconic sci-fi film series has been envisioned as a direct sequel to James Cameron's original Terminator movies, which may bode well for its success.
Linda Hamilton is set to return as Sarah Connor, and she'll be joined by franchise newcomers Natalia Reyes as Dani Ramos and Mackenzie Davis as Grace. Arnold Schwarzenegger will also make an appearance as the classic T-800.
