Disney To Bring The TRON LIGHTCYCLE POWER RUN Attraction To The Magic Kingdom

With rumors of a possible Tron reboot coming, but no concrete news for a while, fans may be able to live Tron experience as Disney is looking to bring the popular Tron Lightcycle Power Run to Disney World.

There have been rumors circulating for a while now that Disney Parks is looking to bring the popular Tron Lightcycle Power Run attraction to the American parks, more specifically Disney World in Orlando. The rumors have been around for a couple of months, and consisted of Disney World replacing the Tomrrowland Speedway with the Tron attraction right next to Space Mountain.

Now, it looks as if the rumors will become reality as a new report from WDW Today says that it's all but a done deal. The report names several unrelated sources confirming the plans that will close the Tomorrowland Speedway sometime in 2018 to begin construction on the new coaster.

An official announcement is expected at D23 this weekend, so for now take it with a grain of salt. Until then, you can check out the POV ride trough below.

YES! The ride looks awesome! Hopefully the public loves it and more and more people start asking for a new tron. Then before you know it...BOOM TRON 3!
