Not sure whats causing the confusion as I've not had chance to watch the video yet, but every site I found it on says it's some sort of epilogue to Tron: Legacy and acts as some sort of teaser to the next one. As far as I know, there will be a few other mysterious clips like this on the blu-ray, including one which focuses on Olivia Wilde. :)

This is what is called "exposition"... in drama/theatre/acting... this sequence is designed to inform the reader/audience about what has gone on prior to the main story... it usually happens at the beginning of a book,play,tv show or movie.

I love it! Maybe you do need to be more in touch with the original to appreciate it, but I thought that was great. I can't wait to see what else the Blu-Ray has in store.

I think it's a real shame that a sequel will be heading our way, after the original Tron, which is better in a lot of ways, there's no need for a remake, its just a money making franchise, don't you think hollywood is tearing the heart out of our beloved comic heroes..............I sure think so !!

PS No one needs to tell me Tron isn't comic ok lol

I'm not sure why people seem confused. This feels more like a 'prologue'. It would've been cool to see this as an alternate opening for the movie. It connects the original to this one pretty well.

I just hate that they think tht people who watched the original we're OBSESSED with it, like I just saw tha first one like 3 yrs ago and i still didnt understand most of this.....I had to look it up to get it -___- guess ima just ghet tha boxset nd watch Legacy again nd all tha extras THEN watch the original so i culd geht all this crap

Ram is BACK!

Flynn Lives will now be a t-shirt sold at Hot Topic/Spencers.

The next movie will be called Tron: Flynn Lives, and it's about Tron, Ram, and Sam working together to fight Dillenger!

WOOO! Can't wait! I only saw the original Tron film the day before Tron: Legacy was released in theaters & I instantly became a fan. Then I watched Tron: Legacy & was hyped for the next installment! Flynn lives!!!

That was awesome, although for once I kinda agree with griff, zach attack does sound pretty lame, even for an alias supposedly invented in the 80s... can't wait til Tron 3, although I hope the title isn't Flynn lives or Tr3n, both of them sound kinda shit too.

I enjoyed Tron Legacy.. it was a little lacking in the plot department.. but it was visually good and the sound track was perfect..

I dont see what was confusing about that clip.. it just tells you what hapened to the encom company after Flynn got stuck in Tron/gameworld/grid (what ever you wanna call it).. and finishes by having a lead in with the Sam Flynn as company head.
