We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead. It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp...

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be directed by Marc Webb from a script written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Jeff Pinkner and James Vanderbilt. The film will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Sally Field as Aunt May, Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson, Paul Giamatti as Rhino, Jamie Foxx is Electro and Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn. The Amazing Spider-Man sequel will swing into theaters May 2, 2014.

I think it would have been cooler if Electro was ghostly white like that, instead of glowing blue. Cool design

I don't know who that's supposed to be.

Maybe if there was a small lightning bolt symbol on it to tell me... but without it, I guess that's supposed to be... Scorpion?

Why did they use blue on Electro anyway? His colours have always been yellow and green. If they wanted to update him they could have done something like this:

Harry needed the suit to help cure him because of the allergic reaction to the spider venom....... the suit was designed to heal.

This electro, ghostly white, would've been cooler tha what we got. But I like the blue look too, but not as much as the white look. Movie was fun. Great fr kids. A real visual thrill ride minus the cluttered storyline and narrative

The suit was in raven croft an disciple electrical chamber room earlier in the film. He prob grabbed it soon the escape

Jeez....they could have wrote him so much better, or maybe picked a storyline to actually follow. Goblin had less time than Venom did in SM3 for god's sake...

All of this conceptual artwork really showcases the fact that there is little that can be done to make Spider-Man's costume better. Just think, he's been around for more than 50 years and with the exception of the eyes and the underarm webbing, nothing has changed. Truly one of the most perfectly designed superhero costumes in my opinion.
