THE FLASH: First Look At 'Firestorm' Costume; iZOMBIE Gets A Premiere Date

The CW's panel at the Winter Television Critics Association tour kicks off later today, but we have a first look for you here at the costume which will be worn by Robbie Amell's Firestorm in The Flash!

We caught a glimpse of this not too long ago, but now Firestorm's costume has been revealed for the first time on display at the Winter TCA event. It's obviously a lot different to that of his comic book counterpart, but it's difficult to imagine that suite working even in a big budget DC Comics movie! Many thanks to IGN's @EricIGN for sharing the photo via his Twitter account. It has also been revealed that iZombie will premiere on Tuesday, March 17th at 9/8c, while Supernatural will return to Wednesdays starting March 18th, where it will follow Arrow. Thoughts on Firestorm?

Kind of hope not. As cool as the sFX look for Firestorm, that suit... WOOF!

If it's the first version, why is it not like a fire suit?!?!


Even a nascar/indy car driver's suit is more logical, better looking. (well, sans the sponsors.)

Typical low-rent teeny trash from the CW shows. Just as bad as them re-imaginning the DC villain Firefly on 'Arrow' as a burns-victim fireman who went out like a punk. The CW shows are teen-trash.

there is no way that sysco would leave a superhero suit looking like this, its obviously put on there to help with power containment, eventually he will have his own suit when he starts hero'ing.

Considering The Flash suit isn't the final one, nor it Arrows, I'd bet money this is just some prototype suit.

The suit is meh, but the costume isn't everything. From what we've seen I'm digging Firestorm so as long as the character and powers are appealing I'm willing to overlook the generic costume.

Really looks like its primarily the harness. He is wearing the harness over a different coat in the image. Definitely will improve over time.
