I thought that yesterday, and if you look close enough before that you can tell that its megatron who kicks optimus in the air.

It's either blackout, or Incinerator. Prime is getting his shit messed up, that's pretty much all I can tell.

Maybe they are doing like in the old show. Maybe it was Blackout, but he was rebuilt as a new Decepticon, like Scourge in the old show. Hey its possible.

HAWK out.

I'm going to say if it's not Blackout, he was revived and re-built/formatted as Incinerator, kinda like megs...but still think it's purely Blackout...

@ kgvvkh ... In the scene your referring to, Megs does kick OP, but when he is flying thru the air it is the result of a blast from megs' arm cannon, not the kick...watch real close and its easy to tell...which I think is BADASS that we're gonna finally get to see him actually use his actual arm cannon!

He looks smaller around the chest and back. I think its a new Decepticon that scanned a smaller helicopter.

The robot that hits Prime I believe to be Megatron. I also think that yes that is blackout but blackout is not the kicker of prime from seconds before you see blackout
