Whips Out! New GOTHAM Image Teases A Kinky Love Triangle
Is Gotham about to go all 50 Shades Of Grey on us with an "unconventional" love triangle? It seems there's definitely going to be some sparks between the female half of the new brother/sister team, Tabitha Galavan, and Gordon's psychotic ex Barbara Kean, at least...
The first episode of Gotham season 2 established what you might call the city's first supervillian team, The Maniax, and next week's instalment, "Knock Knock", promises to take a closer look at some of the individual characters.
One of the more interesting new faces is Tabitha Galavan: "enforcer" for her scheming brother Theo, and the future Tigress. In the new still below we see the nefarious pair along with the recently released Barbara Kean, who seems to be taking a page out of Catwoman's playbook with that whip - though it's actually more of a flogger... or so I believe! Ahem.
While speaking with TV Insider, actress Jessica Lucas (Tabitha) hints that these three characters might share more than just some villainous camaraderie in the future. "She definitely takes Barbara under her wing and there’s also a little bit more," teases Lucas. "Maybe a little bit of a love triangle."
"Knock, Knock" - On the heels of his reinstatement, Gordon is thrust onto the high-profile case tracking the deadly inmate escape from Arkham Asylum. Meanwhile, Galavan plans his next move, while Bruce asks for help from his father’s old friend to unlock the secrets in his office, and Nygma asks out Kristin Kringle (guest-star Chelsea Spack) on a date.
