A Younger Version Of STAR WARS Director George Lucas Has Been Cast For LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Season 2

Things are about to get seriously weird in season two of Legends of Tomorrow as a young George Lucas has now been added to the cast. Which member of the team will warn him about the prequels?!

George Lucas is coming to Legends of Tomorrow! Well, sort of. With Rip Hunter now working as a director in 1967 Los Angeles, the midseason premiere will see him cross paths with the heroes as the latest aberattion sees the young filmmaker decide to quit film school. Why does that matter? Well, while it may not sound like a big deal, it has a huge impact on the lives of Citizen Steel and The Atom.

"Because of circumstances, the time aberration in episode 209 is George Lucas quits film school," executive producer Marc Guggenheim reveals in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly. "As a result, he never makes Star Wars or Raiders of the Lost Ark. As a result, Ray, who became an engineer because of Star Wars, and Nate, who became a historian because of Raiders, slowly start to lose their brilliance, because those things that inspired them to become who they are didn’t exist."

Matt Angel (Grimm) has been cast as the young Lucas, and you can bet your life that we'll be getting a lot of Star Wars jokes here! If no one mentions the prequels though, that's a missed opportiunity!

Im sorry but george lucas?!, GEORGE LUCAS

I MEAN YEAH GREAT DIRECTOR AND ALL.

But have you seen some of his concepts that could have ruined empire strikes back!!, pretty much any hard core fan knows he is not the reason that star wars is amazing. Why not a young george miller or some shizzle.

and dont even get me started on the prequals
