First Look At Iddo Goldberg Suited Up As 'Red Tornado' In SUPERGIRL

Warner Bros. has released a first look at Supergirl's Red Tornado, and he looks...ok? While there's no denying the fact that this is a mostly comic book accurate take on the character, he's no Vision!

The first official image of Supergirl's Red Tornado has been released, and well, we'll let you be the judges! He's described by CBS as, "the most advanced android the world has ever seen. Designed by scientist T.O. Morrow for the U.S. Army as the ultimate superweapon, he soon becomes sentient, posing a grave danger to National City — including the people Supergirl cares about most." While he certainly bears a resemblance to his comic book counterpart, he's missing that distinctive blue cape for some reason. Weigh in with your thoughts on this design below.

It looks like mediocre cosplay. Maybe they should scrap Red Tornado some characters just can't translate to t.v.

this looks like something from a cheap 90s show. Havent they learnt ANYTHING from the best comicbook movies? Cant they hire great a make-up company or something?

I don't mind the face makeup, but the material the armor is made up of is distracting. The weird woven pattern really takes away from the whole hi-tech android look and makes it look cheap. If they would have made it out of smooth vacuform material, it would look much better.
