CBS has released three new images from the "Manhunter" episode of Supergirl, and they put the spotlight on J'onn J'onzz as he comes face to face with the father of Alex and Kara in the past.

J’onn J’onzz reveals the details of meeting Kara and Alex’s father, Dr. Jeremiah Danvers (Dean Cain), and assuming Hank Henshaw’s identity. Also, Kara debates trusting someone new with her secret identity and Siobhan (Italia Ricci) plots against Kara, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, March 21 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

I hope soon this show will bring in his demonic brother, Ma'alefa'ak. I know this show made the White Martians the reason the Green Martians died out, instead of Ma'alefa'ak being the reason, but he is such a strong character that it would be a shame if he isn't in the show.

I like the show but they need to smooth out the CGI on J’onn J’onzz ... He looks good but motion capture, or syncing looks off sometimes. Looking forward to more.

@Lemons - his texture as probably as good as its going to get, but when he's in motion he looks like a CGI model in motion. Thats the part I'm saying doesn't look smooth.

@thebamf - Not enough CGI budget... I think they could've gone practical FX with Martian Manhunter with little bits of CGI added when he uses his powers. That would've also allowed them to use him more. But they got renewed for season 2, hopefully bigger budget and better animation.

I SO love the design of MM on this show, it feels like it could work for the DCEU. I wonder if they will ever introduce they're own Jon.

I think this show is good fun. Campy and ridiculous. Though the effects are some of the best in hero-tv.

I like the show. I didn't at first, but after a few episodes, I warmed up to it. Then after the Martian Manhunter reveal I was hooked.

@thebamf - Completely agree. SO much less cringe worthy moments than there are on Arrow. The whole Phantom Zone, escaped, Kryptonian story line is kinda overused and trite.

@minusman - I watched Arrow for a little over 3 seasons. I gave it a legitimate shot...and I hated it. The few episodes that were decent were too few and far between the entire seasons.

@thebamf - Mostly I watch just because its a comic show and I want it to get better and am not ready to give up on it. Plus my wife likes it and anytime I can get her to watch comic shows is a plus.

@minusman - Yeah, I know what you mean. My wife will watch a few shows with me. I'm just glad she doesn't like Arrow. She really likes Daredevil, which is awesome for me. My kiddo is too young for these shows, he's only 1 1/2. So, we watch a lot of Bob the Builder, Barney, and Sessme Street LOL!
