SUPERGIRL: New CW Sizzle Reel Confirms That Mon-El Will Be Getting A More Comic-Accurate Costume

Last week brought us our first official glimpse of Mon-El in his leather Legion costume, but this CW sizzle reel reveals that he will be switching it out for a far more comic-accurate outfit at some point.

The CW has released a new sizzle reel for their midseason lineup, and it gives us a brief glimpse of Supergirl's Mon-El (Chris Wood) in what appears to be a version of the red and blue costume he sports in the comics.

SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE Actress Sarah Douglas Debuts As Jindah Kol Rozz In These New SUPERGIRL Stills

We recently got a first look at Mon-El in the Legion of Superheroes outfit he'll be wearing on the show initially, but this obviously confirms that the character will be updating his wardrobe at some point.

The video also includes shots from The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow, so be sure to check it out below.

The "Fort Rozz" episode of Supergirl airs on Monday, January 22.

SUPERGIRL TEAMS UP WITH SATURN GIRL, LIVEWIRE AND PSI – As Reign (Odette Annable) continues to terrorize the city, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) teams up with Saturn Girl (guest star Amy Jackson), and the two recruit Supergirl’s former enemies, Livewire (guest star Brit Morgan) and Psi (guest star Yael Grobglas), to form a team for a mission to Fort Rozz to recover a prisoner who has information on how to defeat Reign once and for all. @NateBest - Do you visit your site on mobile? As awesome as the content is, I'm about to have to stop coming. Just trying to leave this comment has redirected me 3 times to some crappy fake Amazon gift card giveaway. THREE TIMES ON ONE ARTICLE. I've tried Safari, Edge, Chrome and Firefox from my iPhone and it is all the same. You've gotta get this crap fixed. The article covering ads are bad enough but the redirection spam is the last straw.

@imaginejim, @AnthonyVonGeek - I'm on the site several times a day via mobile (I'm actually on mobile right now).

There's a hijacking ad making the rounds on the web and is affecting LOTS of sites (I've seen the one you're describing on big sites like the New York Times).

I haven't seen the ad on CBM, so I'm hoping users can help me out by sending me the URL they're being redirected to, as well as a screenshot if they can get one. I can then get that sent over to the advertisers so that they can hunt it down and get it removed.
