The Live-Action TITANS Series Reportedly Debuts This Fall According To One Of Its Stars
In addition to revealing whether or not Hawk & Dove have superpowers in the DC Universe's live-action Titans series, Minka Kelly also commented on when the highly intriguing show will debut.
Previously, we reported on Minka Kelly revealing that Hawk and Dove won't have any powers in Titans but the actresses also provided a clue for when the streaming app would actually debut the intriguing live-action project.
“So DC Comics is launching their own streaming service, and they will be launching it with this show in the fall."
The DC Universe was first announced in April 2017 and last month, it was revealed that the streaming service would be formally rolled out in late-2018 (presumably November of December). A limited number of individuals will be allowed to sign up for an early-beta version that will go live in August.
If Kelly's statement is correct, it sounds as if Titans will be available with the early-beta version.
WB Television recently announced their SDCC plans and it was a huge disappoint for many fans to learn that those plans did not include Titans.
Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and lovable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.
