DC Universe has released 5 promo stills for the season 2 premiere of Titans, which will air on the streaming service on September 6. The episode is titled "Trigon," and looking at these images it's very clear that Raven's demonic daddy is far from done with her friends.

At the end of the season 1 premiere, Trigon "infected" Dick Grayson and showed him a dark vision of the future, but it looks like the villain is going to take control of a lot more of his daughter's allies when the show returns.

Check out the images below along with the recent season 2 poster and an official synopsis by clicking the "view list" button below.

Poor Rachel found her real family towards the end of season 1, only to discover that her father was a demon and her mother his willing disciple.

When the show returns, the character will be sporting a more comic-accurate appearance.

It looks like Gar and Dick are going to break free of Trigon at some point, and while the former is displaying a few war wounds, they both look ready to fight to save their young friend.

Things are gonna get a lot worse before they get better!

In these stills, Donna Troy, Jason Todd, Starfire, Hawk and Dove stand behind Rachel with tellingly black eyes. Unless they've all decided to seriously goth-up their style, it's safe to assume they're also under Trigon's spell.

Season 2 Poster

The season two premiere episode follows directly after the apocalyptic events of last season's finale. With Rachel's father, Trigon (guest star SEAMUS DEVER) having successfully turned Dick dark, he sets out to win the others over to his side by embracing their inner darkness. With everyone under Trigon's control, Rachel and Gar find themselves fighting what seems like a hopeless battle against the powers of Trigon.

@NateBest- I’m curious and was wondering if you could answer. What is the problem the site is having right now?

@noahthegrand - As far as comments go (liking, replying, etc.) it looks like broken JavaScript code from 3rd parties (add most likely). I'm still doing some troubleshooting and debugging to make sure before sending it over to them.

Didn't we already know they cut the first season short with at least one unaired episode?

@regularmovieguy I still can't like or replay to posts, so I'm going with: no.

They seriously could have done better than that black eye for possession, it looks like they were about to put on superhero masks and had to leave in a hurry before doing it.

I finally have gotten my account back. I'm glad to be back and for some reason this site signed me out after I haven't been able to comment or post for a few days.

I'm not sure why I was signed out or why I haven't been able to post here, but seeing as when you ask for a password reset it never came and am lucky I wrote my password down in a password book that I keep with all my passwords for different websites.

I'm worried about there being too many characters this season. I always get a headache whenever I remember Superboy and Aqualad are being added to the cast.

I liked the 1st season okay, but it hasn't exactly made me wanting more. Still, I might check out the 2nd one, hoping to be better than than 1.

The Boys on the other hand is the best show I've seen in ages. Can't effing wait for season 2! Karl Urban is having a role of his career (with Dredd as a close 2nd).

Out of all of them, Jason Todd is the only one that looks pretty neat
