TITANS: Starfire Turns On Her Teammates In The New Promo & Stills For Season 1, Episode 10 "Koriand'r"

As the season finale of DC Universe's Titans draws near, tomorrow's episode will see a drastic change come over Starfire when Raven unwittingly reveals her true mission. Check out a promo and some stills.

The last installment of Titans took a break from the main narrative to bring us the origin story of "Hank and Dawn," but tomorrow night we return to episode 8's cliffhanger to find out what went down when Raven attempted to give Starfire her memories back.

As you'll see from the teaser and promo stills below, Koriand'r attacks when her true mission is revealed, and from the looks of things it's going to take everything the Titans have - as well as a little help from Wonder Girl - to stop her.

The accompaying synopsis also seems to suggest that Rachel's mother Angela may not be quite as innocent as she seems.

As Kory's memories come flooding back, she discovers her mission has never been to protect Rachel – but something much more dangerous. Struggling to understand why, Dick and Donna are shocked to discover that Kory is an alien who reveals Rachel's frightening origins. But just as they learn the identity of Rachel's father – and how dangerous he can be – Angela convinces Rachel to use her abilities to summon him.

Bad idea, kid! Rachel uses her mysterious healing power to restore Kory's memories.

The teaser promo hints that Wonder Girl is going to be able to reach Starfire with her lasso, but not before she does some damage to poor Beast Boy.

Gar's injuries don't appear to have been caused from his little tumble, so why is he bleeding so profusely?

Dick appears to be studying that alien language Donna has been translating for him. It looks like the Titans are about to discover the true origins of their fiery friend.

Someone fire the advertising department cause somehow this show is vastly better than its promos. Gosh these suck.

@MarvelDCAllDay - I wouldn't say vastly. Lol the show is a bit better then the advertising, but it's still kinda cringeworthy television to me. I wish I could say I'm a fan but really I'm just watching it cuz I'm an all or nothing kinda comics nerd and I feel like I have to watch everything just to say I have. I pray it improves.

I haven't watched one episode yet. I've been waiting until a lot of episodes debuted so I can binge it. How long are the episodes? I probably can Google that huh

@blitzburgh - Well you heard wrong....that being said have you even seen an episode?

@JoeMomma29 - I respect your opinion Joe. I completely disagree with it, but I can respect it.

To me its only mildly interesting. I personally hate every creative decision they made, but that's just a reflection of my own tastes and desires. The only 2 episodes I can say I even liked were the 2 with Hawk and Dove. Personally I would hands down prefer a Hawk and Dove show over Titans. I could go on and on about the specifics about what I pretty much hate about this show, it makes me cringe multiple times an episode, but nobody here wants to read about that.

As a comics fan I feel it's my duty to stick with all comic shows no matter the quality or my opinions about them, but if this season doesn't turn itself around by the finale I'm probably going to drop it. Only comic show I've ever dropped was Runaways... but I'm seriously considering giving season 2 a shot despite loathing all of season 1 of that show.

I've tried so hard to like Titans but I just cant seem to. It takes all of the qualities I hate about the Snyderverse and dials it up to 11. Its trash, but I keep hoping the next episode or the next article will change my mind. I had decent hopes for this show but I think it's as bad as its marketing material make it look.

@JoeMomma29 - I don't know about it being the best. But it is growing on me. The first episode was horrible, but it has gotten considerably better since then. Some episodes (like both of the Hawk and Dove ones) have been great.
With this many characters, there is alot to set up, and this whole season is pretty much just a setup. I like the way it is beginning to assemble and am really looking forward to season 2. This season will end up being adequate (I think).

At least this show isn't afraid to show nudity. Unlike Marvel Netflix which will show a hundred grisly decapitations, but always obscure the nudity. That being said, I'm still not a fan of hard R Teen Titans.

@MasterMix - Eh, I think the way they've shown the nudity is pretty equal; naked people in the dark. And the Netflix stuff(Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, 1 scene in DD) showcased more of it than Titans has. (the story has only really called for it once so far I guess, Robin and Starfire having sex didn't really show any nudity either)

That Hank and Dawn episode...damn.
I thought it was gonna be pure filler. Now, I need a Hawk and Dove mini, at least.

It was beautiful, heartbreaking, and sensual all at the same time.
Minka Kelly and Alan Ritchson are superhero fit. Jeezus! If you've seen the episode you know what I'm talking about. 😘

@Battabing - 100% agree. Best episode of the show yet. I dont actually like this show but that Hawk and Dove episode was worth it in of itself. I wish they had their own show too.

@Battabing - The Hawk and Dove origin episode has been the best so far - good chemistry and story. However in general the writing on this show REALLY sucks - hopefully next season they change writers. As it is at the moment, i watch every episode, but always feel lots of important things are missing to relate to the characters - this in mainly due to the writing.
