Marvel recently debuted the first official footage from the upcoming fifth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and they've now followed it up with a sneak peek from the 2-part season premiere, which is titled "Orientation."
The clip sees Coulson, Yo-Yo, Simmons and Mack being chased own by that mysterious creature we first glimpsed in the teaser. There's speculation that this could be one of The Brood, but that's yet to be confirmed.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie and Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez.
