I still really want to like this show. But I just can't get behind it so far. I don't feel compelled by the stories or the characters.

Still hoping that will change. I'll keep watching a few more episodes. But they better fix the writing. And get rid of Ward. And Fitz. Or Simmons. Wait, which one is the hot chick again? Anyway, keep that one. And lose Skye. I mean yeah she's pretty and all, but I can't stand the character.

Bring in a pre-powered Carol Danvers!!!

Ruth Negga played Samuel L. Jackson's daughter in The Samaritan, they also did it if that spoils it for anybody

Show just keeps getting better and better. Superbly entertaining television. I love the humour, love the cgi (very good TV quality cgi, regardless of what the haters tell ya). I'm looking forward to Agent May kicking some serious ass, and hopefully Ward's character gaining a little more charisma or personality (he's the weak point of the show for me).

I think the show is really good just needs some time to build everything up. Hope that the ratings pick up next week.

Ive seen a couple of episodes and thats enough for me, this show is terrible, its managed to fall into pretty much every tv pothole, Poor characterless actors, looks cheap, bad cliched writing, its like star gate or any number of the csi shows or Heroes.

Anyways I haven't read anything about how its doing over the pond in america so could anyone tell me how its doing?

What are the critics saying?

What are the ratings like?

Have I just caught two bad episodes and got it wrong?

Have there been any actual marvel superheroes on it yet or even anything coming close?

It is only week 3 and IMO it is getting better. Like most shows that are new they don't want to do all their best stuff right out of the door. They set up characters and wait for the commitment from the network/studio. Now that they have been picked up for the full season they can take it up a notch and cement S2.
Now that May has commited to the fight they can explore her past more.
Everyone is getting hung up on the show not being full of superheros but from day one they said it was going to be about the humans dealing with supers. Even the promos said "Not every Hero is Super"

they didnt want to be a show that relies on big guest stars and gimics like cameos to be successful. Once thet get established they can open it up.

Who knows maybe do a tie in at the end of the season to step into CA:TWS

Yea, agreed with Nomis. As it is, i think the show's very weak, but it's finding its feet and i'm very sure that it'll realise its potential soon.

However, Fitz-Simmons need to go. Ugh.
