Things are really starting to heat up as we head towards the season 3 finale of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. This clip from the penultimate episode (unless you count the 2-hour finale as separate eps) below sees Hive, Daisy, Hellfire and the others round up some members of the Watchdogs for a little science experiment. Some might say they had it coming!

“Emancipation” – With only two episodes left before S.H.I.E.L.D. loses one of their own, Daisy’s prophecy ticks closer towards a major loss, as the aftermath of the events of “Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War” force S.H.I.E.L.D. to register the Inhumans, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” TUESDAY, MAY 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are Axle Whitehead as James, John Hannah as Holden Radcliffe, Natalie Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, Adrian Pasdar as Brigadier General Glenn Talbot, Trevor Torseth as Pete Boggs, Jean Paul San Pedro as Jackson, Courtney Friel as newscaster and Jason Sweat as recruit #1.

@ElDarkside - I like how this fake a$$ villain pretty much has lasted longer than most every other Marvel villain

@Matchesz - because he doesn't have laser beams or magic so he's fake. Go figure.

@Matchesz - maybe they're learning from their mistakes?

I kinda see the point made recently by someone at marvel, basically saying that the movies bad guys lack depth because they're not who the movies about pretty much. And the Netflix series have the time to tell the story of the bad guys for just as much screen time as the good guys.

And ".....holy effin shit my heart is about to explode. What a unbelievable movie?!? Just words can't describe how I feel right now. So many feels.... It's gonna take a while to process just all of the awesomeness that I just witnessed.

Right now, I think the best part was... EVERYTHING!!!!

@PantherKing - Perhaps the "fake" comment stemmed from the actor being terrible?

@Parker00 - Actually, as Hive, he's proven to be quite capable. I thought he was terrible mostly in his early days as Ward.

@Franshu - ...really? That's kind of shocking. He was actually one of the reasons I gave up on the show.

@Parker00 - Agree with his terrible acting but the rest of the show has gotten pretty good.

Calling it now that Daisy is faking being controlled.

As for Hive's plan, he's essentially making Terrigen Mist by the looks of things and plans on turning the whole planet into Inhumans, those that wont turn will die.

-----

I know a lot of people will probably dislike this being said, however the show worked better when it was actually focused on Shield fighting threats without it constantly being Hydra and without the inclusion of Kree and Inhumans and stuff that should have been given a movie instead.

We should have honestly has the first season focus around them clearing up varying threats around the globe, the second dealing with Hydra and a split between the groups creating a 'Civil War' and the third should be focusing on Shield realising they are vastly outmatched in the face of the Inhumans beginning to appear.

Instead they rushed the Inhumans into series two and its just been a bit of a mess since then. Its been a better made mess, but most the characters are unlikeable now - such as Hunter, Bobbi, May and Simmons.
