Calling "first" is lame but this episode was awesome! Skye was awesome and Fitz-Simmons are growing on me. Great Graviton reveal at the end. And this is coming from a DC fan! Can't wait for Arrow either.

This was the first episode I really wasn't into at all.

But I'll keep watching for Skye, that girl is ridiculous.

The show is slowly starting to hit its stride. By midseason it will really start to rock imo. Nice origin story for Graviton

I [frick]ing love the show. It's on PAR with Arrow IMO. Both need to time to set up their world and characters.

I agree, buy mid season the show will be in full swing.

Looking good! But needs some...... Widow or Hawkeye cameos! Coulson needs to quit babysitting! There's issues going on in the mcu...... Cap2 development, thor2 the ship crashing into England? Issues with Oracle/Sun refrences, Alien tech, Alien cleanup... more importantly how in the heck is NY doing?!!! Hows the rebulid!???? Just saying! Love the new villian but waiting for answers! At least a time line reference for phase 1 for the newbs help connect Fitzs, Simmons, Skye? & phase 2

That was great . I wonder if Graviton is going to be a season ender or if he is so big the Avengers will have to take him down .

@CaptainHulk3 Well Cap if you use your nice brain of yours, you'll figure out through research that this show is set before ALL of that....It's literally right after Avengers and before Iron Man 3. That's fact. Go rewatch IM3 and look at the interviews for this show. You can thank me later...God these Marvel fans are dumb huh, don't worry, we DC fans help other fans ;)

I believe the red masks are the Rising Tide equivalent of the Guy Fawkes masks worn by anonymous members.

I wonder what Grif likes...Must be the greatest thing in the history of film and cinema. That Grif guy sure can't get satisfied and getting mad never helps. It raises your blood pressure and then BOOM...you reach OBLIVION.

That was a pretty good episode tonight..... Thank You, nobody wasnt annoying, Skype is some very nice eye candy, fight scenes were meh, not much forced humor, love Graviton's origins and hope to see more of him in the future.

also the thunderbolt reference was cool

The general consensus seems to be that this was the best episode yet. I liked that they actually adapted a real comic character, and set him up as a future threat. I feel like the best episodes are going to involve actual comic heroes/villains rather than just random Phlebotinum like last weeks.

Action was better, FX improved, Ward no longer Mr.Dull, FitzSimmons kept to an acceptable minimum, and I actually felt interested in Skye's childhood sad story. I think they're finally getting into the groove with this show.

Rokyn, that's just his shtick, you will get used to it. It's what makes him so lovable just like a Teddy!

I'm satisfied so far. Much better than the second or third season of Heroes

it'll be interesting next month to see if any of this ties in with Dark World

i thought this episode was the better of the three so far,i was liking the show until this episode, now i have to tune in,one thing i found interesting, the whole coulson with the gun thing and him not being able to reload it and the whole muscle memory thing,i am just sad more people arent giving it a chance,i am sure it will hit its stride soon, maybe during the midseason range, arrow for me was decent until after ep 9 midseason,i loved it done,i love that marvel and dc are dominating the big screen and the small, excited for arrow tomorrow, wooooo!!

i also like we are getting a little more backstory between ward and skye and graviton or dr franklin hall was a cool character,i was a little confused by that agent guy apprently unlocking the door and removing the number tag ,looks like shield has a mole?

ezio619 - 10/8/2013, 7:28 PM
i really hope the ratings improve,i want this show to last,i think it has legs now,i was a little worried about it because of the previous episodes but i think they are close enough to getting the right tone for this series imo

Best episode yet. That little tease with Graviton was cool. Maybe he might face the Avengers at the end of the season. This is a character who needs a lot of VFX, maybe the season final will have a higher budget if he's the main villain in it.

However, great episode. 9/10
