Synopses For The Next Seasons Of AGENT CARTER & AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Released

Coming off the recent announcement hat both Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter had been renewed for a third and second season respectively, we now have the first synopses for each. It seems Peggy will be relocating, and Coulson will embark on yet another top secret mission..

Marvel has released our first official synopses for season 2 of Agent Carter, and season 3 of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. The latter isn't particularly detailed, but it does reveal that Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) will survive the events of tonight's 2-hour season finale (spoiler alert) and will once again be playing things close to his chest when a new threat arises. We have a little more to go on with Agent Carter, as it seems Peggy (Haylet Atwell) will be leaving New York for LA, where she'll meet some new characters, new threats, and even a new love interest.



Agent Carter Season 2:

“Dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home — and perhaps even a new love — she’s about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect.”


Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3:

"Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) embarks on a deadly new secret mission to protect the world from new threats in the wake of SHIELD's wars with Hydra and a rogue faction of Inhumans."

Umm... Agent Coulson managed to manipulate them all the head of Hydra into killing each, Baron Von Strucker is gone so the only person even remotely related to Hydra at the moment is Ward. Lets be honest here, the Hydra thing should be over at this stage, its not longer interesting given their are no new or unique ideas after Winter Soldier.

As for the comment about the Inhumans, words cannot describe how disappointed i am that the whole foundation for the Inhumans VS Humans is now based entirely on one Magneto-like underdeveloped character. Its just depressing how bad its been the last few episodes.

So glad we get more of Hayley Atwells boobs, I mean Agent Carter! and another Season of AOS. Season 3 sounds like more of Season 2. Hope we get some new Super Humans and enhanced warriors somewhere in there.

and Hope they use Von Strucker in next season of AOS, he barely got used in AOU.

Baron Zemo is Hydra. He's yet to be introduced in the MCU.

Tooo bad for you…
I think for a TV show that is limited on time per episode and for the plot they set up the show has been great. Wish Skye's powers developed earlier but its whatever. Last couple of episodes have been great, Skye's action scene where she went all John Wick on hydra was better than most action sequences on any CBM show. If we could get more of that and less filler time of needless side conversations then the show would rival Flash.
just my opinion… if your a fan then watch those episodes over again and see how you feel after that. Glad these shows got renewed.

Agent Carter is gonna be so good. I want to know who she marries! Who you baby daddy Peg? More Jarvis, More Howard (hopefully since he's gonna be shooting Preacher)and more Marvel tie-ins. I need Marvel on my tube for every season!

The next season of AOS will tie directly into the Civil War and there will at least be references made to Baron Zemo on the hydra front. Hopefully we'll finally get an Avenger cameo in the third season or something.

Von Strucker and Zemo are still alive and kicking for Hydra… Besides Hydra will always be lurking somewhere in the background of AOS. I just don't want a whole season dedicated to the never ending fight with hydra storyline.
and can someone tell Marvel Studios to let an MCU character or two cameo in AOS for more than 3 minutes besides Sif?

You do know that the synopsis doesn't say next season will deal with Hydra. It says that SHIELD will deal with new threats in the wake of the wars with Hydra and the Inhumans.

Reading is important.

Sheeeit i forgot Von Strucker was killed… Well its Marvel, no one stays dead… Soooo Von Strucker clone dead and he can still be a bad guy in AOS, cuz you know AOS causes no consequences in the MCU.
