The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are going to have their hands full with another politician when season 4 returns in September. According to IGN, Parminder Nagra has joined the cast as a "powerful political figure who is outspoken in her distrust of Inhumans and the threat they pose to society."
Of course it makes sense that the government would be even more wary of Inhumans after Hive's shenanigans - but then Lincoln Campbell did also save the world in the season 3 finale, so it should even out... right? Something tells me this new character won't look at it that way.
Nagra will make her debut in episode 3 of the fourth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which returns to our screens on Tuesday, September 20 at 10pm ET.
