As Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. prepares to wind down its LMD arc, we have a sneak peek from next week's episode, "Self Control".

The Superior is in a bad way after his battle with Quake during the last ep, but he resists AIDA's attempts to save his life, claiming he'd rather die than become "a thing" like her. Unfortunately for the Inhuman-hating villain, it doesn't look like the stunning android is going to take no for an answer.

Check out the clip below, and let us know if you've been enjoying this season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. so far in the comments section.

Love AIDA as a villain! AOS has consistently had complex, layered antagonists...hope it gets renewed.

Aida might actually make him "superior" for once.

Radcliffe seems to spend too much time in the framework he might have gotten careless with her. Serves him right if so since he was continuously belittling and dismissing her when they were with these bad guys without saying he actually showed her who she was modeled after.

The Darkhold has also been missing for a while.

The superior has been a let-down for me. He was talked about for most of the LMD arc as a boogeyman type that everyone seemed to be pretty scared of, turns out he's just a regular guy who's mad that coulson killed his comrades years ago. I liked his motivation of old vs new, but his backstory was underwhelming.
