...if only the show wasn't so, what's the word, cheesy? Bad? Awful?

I love Marvel and embrace the Marvelite moniker -- while liking and wanting nothing but good for DC of course -- but man, Marvel, you're hurting your brand with this show. It's like they pulled unused scripts of the A-Team off someone's floppy disc...

Is the "FZZT" a sign of the powers of the villain? Like "Bamf" for Nightcrawler.

The title makes me think of Zaxxx (sp?) but I hope I'm wrong after the underwhelming Richard Hall in the last episode

I can't wait to see what they do with the character of scout #5, but I hope his appearance doesn't overshadow the arrival of scout #2.

Right on...part of world building is connecting to previous stuff.

The next cameo they should have is Gary Shandling.

The amount of abject pissing and moaning about this show sickens me... Is it perfect? No, but is any show three episodes into the first season? The only shows I can recall that hit the ground running the way these whiny nerds seem to expect were 24 and Lost; every other great show experienced some kind of growing pains during Season One - even Whedon's. All of the elements are there, just give them a chance to gel, and please nerds, stop being so damn nitpicky!! I have enjoyed it immensely so far and am thrilled that there is a WEEKLY PRIMETIME SHOW BASED IN THE MARVEL UNIVERSE.

Oh, and if this episode title is an allusion to Zzzax, I will completely soil myself - one of my favorite villains, would love to see him in a Hulk sequel.

I hope they use the two characters from the One Shot that found the Chitari weapon. They initially used it for robbery, but were recruited as agents because they were the only ones who had the skill to figure out how to use the device.
Obviously, being ex-criminals, there may be some gray areas in their loyalties or respect for authority.
