Announced immediately after last week's winter finale of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., all six episodes of Marvel's Slingshot webseries have now been released online.

The shorts range from about 3 and-a-half to over 6 minutes in length, and focus on a top-secret mission undertaken by Elena "Yo-Yo-" Rodriguez, AKA Slingshot (Natalia Cordova). Of course, we also get appearances from plenty of other AOS characters.

Watched them. The storyline was filler, but at least we have something to hold us over until the show returns.

They were filler and unnecessary story-wise, but they weren't bad. It's pretty much just another vengeance story. If you are a fan of the show who can't wait for it to return (or simply have nothing better to do), I'd give it a watch. However, they weren't great enough to be considered a must-watch, and it's a side story that probably won't ever be referenced on the show in any major capacity.

Watching this kind of makes me really regret we're not getting the Most Wanted spin off, despite my big reservations when it was announced.

Filler of sorts? Yeah. But right now the prospect of extra AoS related filler stuff seems more appealing to me than other main CBTV shows.
