1: THE RUNAWAYS

There have been various reports of Runaways being in development for ages. Back in the early days of the MCU, it even got as far as signing a director (Peter Sollet) and had begun casting based on a draft by future Iron Man 3 co-writer Drew Pearce. Feige has said in the past it had been a project Marvel always talked about, maybe this turn of events will change that and finally put the project into traction again.

2: MCU SPIDER-MAN SEQUEL

Part of the storm of news that came from the Sony leak was that Sony was planning to reboot the character in 2017, with a second standalone movie in 2019. Though that was pre-Marvel deal, Kevin Feige even mentioned in a recent interview that Spider-Man's acquisition could be a reason for Inhumans to be moved, so that may be the very reason why he was moved now.

3: DOCTOR STRANGE SEQUEL

This is another likely candidate for 2019. A reasonable period of time after the first film, and if the film follows Marvel's history of financial success, a sequel would be very likely to be greenlit, making this a likely possibility for Inhuman's old release slot.

4: THE FANTASTIC FOUR

Hey, a guy can dream, right?

So what do you think? Do you think any of these options are possible, or do you think something not on this list might be a potential replacement? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!

Nah they're not canceling inhumans, just postponing it. It doesn't make sense to put it in Phase 3. Infinity War will be the last Movie of 2019 because anything after that would be anti climactic.

All of these are great replacements for the Inhumans, I think the one that is most likely is the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming. Some reddit users have pointed out that the original release date for TASM 3 coincides with Homecoming, and that there was a fourth movie planned for 2019. So if this is any indication of what's to come, then I can absolutely see Spidey's sequel taking the slot left behind by the Inhumans. I mean, it would be absurd to not see a Spidey sequel, especially if Homecoming becomes a big success.

I'd actually prefer if the Runaways would be a TV show then a movie their storie can't really be told in a 2 hour period
