First Promo For Showtime's PENNY DREADFUL Released

Last night during the Dexter finale, Showtime debuted the very first brief promo for their upcoming "psycho-sexual horror" series, giving us a teasing glimpse of some of the show's monsters.

Penny Dreadful stars Josh Hartnett, Timothy Dalton, Eva Green, Reeve Carney, Rory Kinnear, Billie Piper and Harry Treadaway. Skyfall scribe John Logan is set to write all eight episodes of the series, with the director of that movie Sam Mendes executive producing. The first two episodes will be helmed by The Orphanage director Juan Antonio Bayona.

It's Showtime, it must be good show. They close "Borgias" for that new one. But I wait Starz's "Black Sails" much much more =)

Curious about this one. I don't think I would personally call Piper drop dead gorgeous, but she is very attractive. There are few women I would refer to in that manner and my taste is a little more exotic than her look. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, as they say.
