THE MANDALORIAN "Chapter 5" Concept Art Takes Us Back To The Dusty Streets Of Tatooine

Disney and Lucasfilm have released a few pieces of concept art from last week's episode of The Mandalorian, and they show the titular character exploring the familiar streets of Tatooine. Check it out...

Last Friday's episode of The Mandalorian surprised us all by setting the action on Tatooine, and while we didn't get a lot of time to explore the planet, it's clear that the events of Return of the Jedi are still being felt there. After all, we saw bloody Stormtrooper helmets on pikes lining the streets!

Now, a few pieces of concept art from the Disney+ series have been released by Lucasfilm and while there's nowhere near as much artwork here as previous weeks (it's hard not to wonder if they're starting to save it for a future book release), it still focuses on some key moments from "Chapter 5."

The final few minutes of the episode got fans talking as there's speculation that Boba Fett might have made his return, but that remains to be seen. The Mandalorian is clearly taking a slow burn approach to revealing its secrets, which is something that has begun to frustrate some fans and critics.

Take a look at the concept art below and stay tuned for "Chapter 6" details very soon...

Rick Famuyiwa directed this ep, one of the best! I really would have loved to have seen his Flash movie

Going back to tatooine seemed to only purpose of that episode, because apart from all the ‘remember this!?!’ It was a boring as hell episode. Started watching this show because the misses thinks Baby Yoda is cute (I know I know) but all I’m really getting is a poor mans firefly so far
