Writer-director Jeremy Saulnier (Blue Ruin) is already well into principal photography on his follow up The Green Room. A word came out today that the X-Men star Patrick Stewart has joined the cast to play the role of Darcy Banker. Banker is the leader of a white supremacist group in the Pacific Northwest.
Patrick Stewart joins a cast of Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Macon Blair, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Callum Turner, Mark Webber, Kai Lennox and Eric Edelstein.
In the crime thriller The GREEN ROOM, a young punk rock band find themselves trapped in a secluded venue after stumbling upon a horrific act of violence, fighting for their lives against a gang of white power skinheads intent on eliminating all witnesses.
