This new featurette for Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past puts the spotlight on Blink, a teleporter played in the future portions of the "inbetweenquel" by Fan Bingbing. It features some great new footage of her in action, so hit the jump to check it out!

The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past to save our future.



X-Men: Days of Future Past's huge all-star cast includes Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Daniel Cudmore, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters and Ellen Page, and is set to be released on May 23rd, 2014.

But seriously, her powers are teleportation right? So why has she got magical portals that she can place anywhere? Cool visual - but I think they need to clarify her powers if Nightcrawler teleports without portals and she uses them.

Hard to compare at the moment, I have to see it again but it's certainly better than TASM2. Cap 2 was on another level for me, but DOFP is certainly one of the better CBMs this year.

They don't need to clarify anything, she uses portals in the comics. She always have, it's her ability. I don't see anyone questioning how Bishop absorbs energy and turns it into a pinkish redish energy blast.

These feature's are killing it though. With these teases of some of the scenes each character takes place in, it's really getting me ready to see all of them in action.

I remember Blink from the phalanx covenant back in the 90s.... I still got the issues


But she became a badass in Age Of Apocalypse

Still surprise that will finally see her in live action:D
Maybe we might get a Exiles movie out of it someday

This is why every X-Men movie should have a teleporter, those guys are always awesome as [frick]. Nightcrawler in X2, Azazel in First Class had some of the coolest scenes in their respective movies and it looks like Blink will be no different.

CBM sucks and has been constantly logging me out or taking me to spam sites when I post - so this is a shorter version;

If they are going to make videos explaining the characters to people who don't know the comics then they should list all the powers. They shouldn't limit it to one word descriptions - otherwise you end up with tons of characters with the same description; Nightcrawler, Pixie, Blink, etc...

The comics gave them more than one ability - so not seeing why the film chose to focus on one ability when they will likely use others in the film. Its the same way they simplified Magneto's powers in the film to only magnetism - despite his comic powers being a lot more varied and stronger.

Hard to compare but Pietro scenes in DOFP were impressive and got an applaud and laugh from the crowd. We onnly saw a glimpse of what Whedon's Pietro could do but I'm gonna say this, Whedon better step it up because what Singer did with Pietro was just amazing imo.
