SPECTRE: First Official Look At Dave Bautista As 'Mr Hinx' & Lea Seydoux As 'Dr. Swann'

Empire has debuted another couple of stills from the 24th James Bond movie, Spectre. They give us our first glimpses of both Dave Bautista as henchman Mr. Hinx and Leaa Seydoux as Dr. Madeline Swann.

"When I came over to meet Sam [Mendes], I only asked two questions," says Bautista in Empire's in-depth feature on the film. "I asked him if Mr. Hinx was a badass. He said, 'Yes, he's a badass.' I said, 'Well, is Mr. Hinx intelligent?' He said, 'Very.' That's what I like about Mr. Hinx. He's very well-dressed and very well-mannered. I'm not just here to fight people. He has a sense of humour. He definitely knows what a metaphor is." Just as Hinx doesn't sound like your average Bond henchman, it seems the mysterious Dr. Madeline Swann won't be just another "Bond Girl". "I don't consider myself a Bond girl," says Lea Seydoux. "I think I'm not really the stereotyped Bond girl. I feel quite different. You can't be like, 'Oh, James.' You have to find something else. She's not a fighter, she's a doctor," she adds. "She fights in another way." Be sure to pick up the current issue of Empire for more.

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organisation. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE. Starring Ben Wishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz, Monica Bellucci, David Bautista, Léa Seydoux, Andrew Scott, and Rory Kinnear, Spectre is set to be released later this year.

Sam Mendes returns to direct Spectre, which stars Daniel Craig, Ben Wishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz, Monica Bellucci, David Bautista, Léa Seydoux, Andrew Scott and Rory Kinnear. Written by John Logan and Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, the movie hits theaters on November 6, 2015.

Im excited now. Don't know why. Dave Bautista just rocks my world. Wasn't the biggest fan of Skyfall but this and the inclusion of Mr. White to possibly close the book on the Quantum arc (as the last film ignored the shit out of it) I'm absolutely thrilled to see this.

Kingsman is still, imo, one of the best spy films ever. Pays great homage to the classics and still manages to be badass times 10. Harry Hart, could [frick] James Bond up in a fight.

As great and fun as Kingsman is, this is James Bond with Daniel Craig. Since he's joined, a new fanbase has joined and pushed the series to another level. Sam Mendes moved it up a notch and was rewarded with Bond's first billion dollar movie.

Bond has a bigger fan base and a history that Kingsman can't match.

@Fabius
Think they'll look different enough seeing as Shazam's not green n bald and errthang!!! He's one of the only actors around that could match The Rock's physicality. Plus watching him as drax just seems like he has the personality to pull it off. Just don't know if the contract situation would allow it since he's already signed up at Marvel. Also think Henry Cavill would make an awesome Wonder Man for Avengers 3. But the whole contract thing applies there as well

The pistol is actually a real functioning gun:

More of a conversation piece than anything else though.

She's not like other Bond girls at all. Unlike the others, this may be the first time she doesn't appear nude in a movie.

Don't really like Batista as an actor but considering how good Skyfall was, and how good Waltz is, I have faith Spectre will succeed.
