I really don't see that difference between this and DBZ

I liked it...i certainly see the appeal, id say it would become addictive. So all of those characters except the bad guy and the little bald dude with no nose were in that POS movie then?

Haha, it looks nothing like the remastered DBZ. The animation is all new and the scenes actually look good. And Kururin(Krillin) actually has some personality now. I am enjoying that they are sticking with the old artwork in the beginning of the series and will progressively get better as the series moves along. This will be awesome.

i was hoping for re-animated, not just another re-edit. no effort at all

its the exact same as the uncut DVD's so far

I hear you CorneliusLow. Looks like the opening and the cut scenes to and from commerical are new. Other than the filler cut outs its just OK. I wont' buy it.

I how come the animation dosent look like da intro.
cuz the intro makes the show look raw until you see
da acual cartoon, but it look like a no filler, slightly higher defenition verson of the remastered DVD collection....what a Rip.

Not worth a buy. Disappointing. The intro and other highly redefined scenes leaves one cringing while viewing the actual show.

Why the hell does Goku sound like a damn toddler? lol, between his and Bardock's voice, I now question why people hold the original japanese in such high regard. It's as annoying as Naruto's english voice.

so is this new series gonna have fighting scenes that look like what i saw in the show's intro part? cuz if that's the case, i cannot WAIT to see Goku and Vegeta's first fight redone with that look to it!!! :D

**EDIT**

I was wrong... that new art style is used just for the intro; and in terms of shortening, they're going by what was shown in the manga. So Goku & Piccolo learning how to drive? Probably won't see it this time around. Useless filler.

yeah there basically following the manga which is strictly the important stuff, no fillers and pointless episodes, just plot
