Late last month, Marvel officially announced the Blu-ray/DVD release date for Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age Of Ultron by debuting the cover art for the multiple variations, unveiling the special features list, and releasing a whole set of clips from their biggest film to date.

During the announcement, a little detail that may have been overlooked was in regards to the Best Buy-exclusive steelbook, an exclusive Marvel has been releasing since 2012's The Avengers. It seems as though, when fans head to their local Best Buy to pick up Avengers: Age Of Ultron on Blu-ray this October 2, they'll have a decision to make as there won't be just one steelbook available, there will be two! The popular retailer will be carrying two Age Of Ultron steelbooks and while they will both have the same front cover, the back covers will feature either James Spader's Ultron or Paul Bettany's Vision!

Which one will you pick up? The villainous Ultron? Or the worthy Vision?

Check out the Best Buy-exclusive steelbooks below, you can click on either cover to pre-order:

Vision was awesome. Ultron's death was very underwhelming for such an important villain in the comics.

I really loved Ultron, one of the more compelling MCU villains I think. I have to agree to a certain extent he was underhwelming, and I wish they'd stop giving such definitive deaths to their characters. In this particular, Ultron especially. But he and Vision scenes together were some of my favorites.

@blackandyellow If there's one thing the comics taught me, is that Ultron aint dead. But I disagree. His final moments with Vision was a beautiful scene

I will be honest, haven't seen Avengers 2. Even so, I kind of know everything that happens there already for visiting this site and I am not that eager to go see it. If it pops up in my way, okay.

I can't wait any longer. The film is not on theathers from where I live anymore, nobody has leaked a decent version of the film online, and there's still over a month away for the domestic release. If only Marvel could release a longer cut, at least the wait would be justified.

Love Vision overall I was happy how Whedon handled him. I also liked how marketing kept him under wraps for so long. I think they should take that approach with Spider-Man.

@blackandyellow

Ultron never dies in the movie, because Vision is Ultron only that with the Mind Gem and Jarvis inside him.

Remember that Ultron had downloaded like 20 % of his A.I to Vision body when he was interrupted by The Avengers.

So when Thanos remove the infinity gem from Vision body he will became Ultron, the perfect Ultron.

Vision hold Mjolnir not because he was worthy, just because he is an artifial being, just like that hanger back in Thor The Dark World.

I hope Ultron died he was weak as [frick]. Why bring his ass back? Unless they go with what @AleSir19 mentioned and turn him into the scary villain we want him to be.
kinghulk
kinghulk - 8/16/2015, 10:37 AM
AleSir19- yeah so when vision is ripped apart in infinity war and his body left to float about in space we can get ultron back and then annhilation conquest.
kinghulk
kinghulk - 8/16/2015, 10:39 AM
supes17- best thing to do would be to bring him back for annihilation conquest, they can make him more sinister as a result of being in this alien environment and far more cruel and he can lose the human face.

@DrDoom

Ultron is one of the best villains of MCU (In the Movies), because the character and even all the characters of the movie play into one big unique message, something that i believe "Ant Man" almost made but fail in the last second and even something that "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" made but fail in center the attention in his own message.

Ultron is the Imperfection, Vision is the perfection. Ultron wants to be perfect, in the beginning of the movie this is this robot, he development his own body and after that he begins his big plan.

All the movie, all his plans, everything is make around the message of "One imperfect being wants to be perfect" but how hiw own demons and even his own creations put againts him.

Tony Stark wanna to create something perfect, a perfect system that make the work for him, but he fails, why?

Because Ultron is made out of his own demons, because Ultron is his own creation that begin to put againts him.

And then Ultron look the creation and the system of his "father" (Tony) and realizes that he can do something better, create something perfect.

The problem is that Ultron is imperfect, he knows it and that is the reason why he try to create Vision, because then he will be perfect and then he will do his job.

The job of Ultron is to destroy everything that he see and believe is imperfect (all the human system) and try to create his own thing, base in himself.

In the plot The Avengers stop Ultron from becoming perfect, so know like he cant be made of Vibranium and he cant have the Infinity Stone from where he comes from. Then he realizes his only way is to create himself a body of vibranium and then push forward his big plan.

The plan is a metaphor, that even Ultron explain in the movie, "He is going to launch the Avengers to the earth" in other words "they are destroying themselves" and even if you want "we are destroying ourselves".

In the movie all the characters subplots are around the image of perfection and confronting the imperfections.

Dr. Bruce Banner have fear of his own demons of his own imperfections, of loose the control of the Hulk and then destroy and hurt every one he knows and care about.

Black Widow begin to confront why she is a killer, why he became this and stop looking to the other side.

Tony Stark in his own way confront his own demons, but this subplot is really fast and dont show a lot of the character we alredy know.

Captain America understand that without war he is nothing.

Even Hawkeye confront his own idea of perfection and how he believes he dont belong to the team, because he is not perfect like the other ones.

The Twins also confront the imperfection, because they are inmature and through the movie they become mature, Scarlet Witch confront his own creation (because she create the problem here, she was the own that begin everything in the movie) and Pietro save that kid becoming a hero and showing to Hawkeye that he understand the sacrifice.

So yes, Age of Ultron is deep movie of somekind, have a really good message, a really good character plots and development, for me is even better that the Avengers, because the movie feels for me, more like a movie and not only a machine gun shooting money shots.

But the big problem of the movie is that Age of Ultron have a lot of action, is really fast in the beginning and in the middle of the movie becomes slow and after the farm we never have that energy again.

All the Ultron lines are winners, but the best development of Ultron is in that party scene, after that Ultron begins to fall apart until that scene where he is inside a plane shooting the machine gun and you are like:

What the Hell?

Ultron was weaksauce; another in a long line of lame MCU villains.
