I think it is okay, but what makes him look like you just stuck him in there is how drastically different his pose and attitude is from everyone else. They are all ready for action, while he seems like he is almost trying to hide.

Also, this should go in the fan art section, not news.

Nice!!! The only advice I would give you is flipping Spidey the other way. Notice how all the other Avengers are looking left while Spidey is staring right. Just a suggestion!
